Using Job Galaxy

Job Galaxy is a job aggregator for tech professionals. We aggregate job listings from multiple sources and present them in a unified feed. We don't post jobs, we don't act as a recruiter, and we don't guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listing — every Apply link sends you to the original source.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Job Galaxy account. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

You agree to use a real email, keep your password private, and not share your login. One account per person.

Acceptable use

In addition to anything else prohibited by law, you agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or programmatically access Job Galaxy's job feed or any other data outside the normal use of the product;
• Automate applications, submissions, or account actions in a way that abuses the service or the employers/sources we link to;
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity, experience, or qualifications;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or circumvent Job Galaxy's matching or job-ingestion systems;
• Resell, redistribute, or republish Job Galaxy's aggregated job feed as your own product or dataset;
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this section, without advance notice where necessary to protect the service or other users. Where practical, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

Job listings & intellectual property

Job listings shown in Job Galaxy belong to the employers or sources that posted them, not to Job Galaxy — we only aggregate and display them. Job Galaxy's own brand, software, matching technology, and everything else we built are our property (or our licensors'); using the product doesn't give you any ownership or license over them beyond what's needed to use Job Galaxy normally.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content displayed through Job Galaxy infringes your copyright, email legal@jobgalaxy.app with (a) a description of the copyrighted work, (b) the specific listing/URL on Job Galaxy, and (c) your contact information and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We'll review the request and remove or disable access to the content where appropriate.

Plans & billing

Subscribing to any plan bills monthly via Stripe starting immediately — see our Subscription Policy for how billing, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation work, and our Refund Policy for when a refund applies.

Disclaimer of warranties

Job Galaxy is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We're not responsible for outcomes of any job application, the conduct of any employer linked through our feed, or temporary outages of the third-party services we depend on.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Galaxy won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Job Galaxy is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Job Galaxy operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute we can't resolve informally will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable local law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Subscription Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Job Galaxy regarding the service. You may not assign your account or these terms to anyone else; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email and in-app. Continuing to use Job Galaxy after a change means you accept the new terms.
