Refund policy

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in Settings › Billing › Manage billing. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your tracker and saved jobs stay, but new open jobs stop until you choose a plan. You won't be charged again.

Refunds

• We don't refund the unused part of a month or year after you cancel.
• If you were charged by mistake (for example, twice, or after you cancelled), contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the charge in full.
• Where the law in your country gives you more rights, those apply.

How to ask

Ask through Support in the app, or email [contact email] with the email address on your account. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
